

In a glass:
1 tbsp brown sugar or cane syrup
3 wedges of fresh lime
Gently crush the mixture.
Add 6 CL of Arawak white agricultural rum 40°.
Garnish with a slice of lime.
Same measurements with Arawak white agricultural rum 50°.


In a glass:
4 CL of Arawak Pineapple Vanilla Bourbon Rum
2 CL of fresh lime juice
1 tbsp cane syrup
Mix and add crushed ice.
Garnish with a slice of lime.


In a glass:
3 CL of Arawak white agricultural rum 40°
3 CL of strawberry nectar
1 tbsp blood orange syrup
Mix and add crushed ice.
Garnish with a slice of blood orange.
Same measurements with Arawak white agricultural rum 50°.


In a glass:
6 CL of Arawak white agricultural rum 50°
4 CL of fresh lime juice
Add 15 CL of cola and stir gently.
Garnish with a slice of lime.
Same measurements with Arawak white agricultural rum 40°.


In a glass:
7 mint leaves
2 tbsp cane syrup
3 CL of fresh lime juice
Gently crush the mixture.
Add 6 CL of Arawak white agricultural rum 50°.
Add crushed ice and top up with lemonade.
Garnish with a slice of lime and a sprig of mint.


In a shaker:
1 peeled kiwi
4 CL of Arawak white agricultural rum 50°
2 tbsp cane syrup
1 CL of green apple syrup
2 CL of fresh lime juice
Close the shaker and shake well.
Pour into a glass and add crushed ice.
Garnish with a slice of kiwi.
